Within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order email and “return” in the subject. We’ll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Once the return is on its way back, we refund in full to your original payment method — we don’t wait for delivery to start your refund.
Damaged or defective on arrival? Skip the return — send a photo and we’ll replace or refund immediately.
