Fit, call access, charging cables, case sizes, lock duration, and reset behavior must be tested across representative phones.
Distinctly FEWER
Branding rights, industrial presentation, colors, packaging, instructions, and photography must be owned or licensed.
Fulfillable in the US
Landed cost, tracking, return address, damage rate, replacements, and destination serviceability must pass.
The Focus Pad is the only active launch candidate. The Lockbox remains on the research shelf until the evidence above exists.
